I don't think they will sell them and will only sell warranty and replacement parts.
I asked Mike at the Dallas IMS about selling the lowering kit and he said they have to get the Black Lightning out before they even think about I selling the parts.
There's more to it than just shorter springs.
if you want to lower your bike, the best thing to do would be send the forks and shock to a suspension specialist like Traxxion Dynamics (there are several others). They'll likely physically shorten the shock and forks, change the springs, and change the valving as well.
Somewhere on the forum it was mentioned that Eric Buell said that the only difference was a shorted spring & change in spring rate. The shock/fork damping was unchanged.
