Check out your 12th VIN number digit to see where it originates from. There are four possibilities. Two of the possibilities that should pertain to you being, if it is a 50 state legal bike it will be (0) or a 49 state legal bike is (3). Or the other possibility is the other #40 bike may be an SX with (BB) denoted in the VIN, versus (AA) denoting the RX.

Actually, it is my mistake, I went back and looked, I was looking at a photo of my vin plate, but of another bike I own.
Sorry for the confusion. Last four of my vin is 0230, it's a 49 state bike manufactured 4/2014.

I dont know why the pic and my gallery is empty, maybe it will be checked by the admins.
I made a post too at the 1190 owners thread with some pics, but the forum says, it must be proofed by an admin.
The bike have no antilock brakes, its stock with SPS race brake pads.

Street Bastard what a nice EBR ;) is it only for track use or do you use it on the road also?
