Torque reading on countershaft sprocket bolt?
Thanks.
Torque reading on countershaft sprocket bolt?
Thanks.
The chassis parts pdf shows 108.5-111.2 N-m, 80-82 ft-lbs for that bolt
That parts .pdf is a gold mine of info
These a short and a long one out there. Make sure you get the 63 page(!) one that includes the engine sub-assemblies. I printed the whole thing out and put it in a binder in the garage
What countershaft sprocket bolt? And I'm not finding "111.2" in any of the PDF's.
Curious what engine and manuals you all are looking at.

I own that site, but thanks. I finally found what was being asked, it's the bolt on the Output Shaft, holding the output sprocket, on page 19.
It was confusing the hell out of me since these transmissions don't have a countershaft. Also the text in the PDF is too small to be picked up using Chrome's find function. Found when I opened it in Bluebeam.

Not sure what you're going for, but you just linked the same documents that are available at BuellMods.
Cleaned them up so Facebook doesn't track the analytics:
