In addition to Erik, several other key players from Buell/EBR are involved.

When to wait for bankruptcy? A sad joke...
I hope this time he is doing better than with the EBR.

EBR 1190 RX
Glad he's working again and doing what he loves
Perimeter brakes would actually work on these
Is it possible EBR/ LAP owns the patent for ZTL brakes now? Erik has spoken at length about its merits, not having access to the IP would explain why they're not depicted in an early concept drawing.
Mnscrounger, they do own them, until someone buys the intellectual property rights or they give them to Erik.
I haven't read it, but I don't think a "ZTL patent" is a universal 'Radial Brake Disk' Patent.
How long do patents last? Isn't it only like 7 years? ZTL2 is past that 3 years ago.
-Edit-
Nevermind, it's 20 years for utility patents.
