X2 on Rocky Mountain for tires and parts. I've been buying from them since the 80's.
I just got a set of continental SportAttack 3's on my bike. I feel more comfortable with those over the stock pirellis.
Get a high mileage tire like the Pirelli Angel GT or Pilot Road..
