The EBR Motorcycles team did our first “Tire Kick” review of the 2016’s that came off the assembly line this month. All lined up, each bike is carefully inspected and reviewed by our team for fit, finish, and overall quality. These beasts are made in East Troy, Wisconsin, and are exceptional examples of a hand-crafted American Sportbike.

Not necessarily; they've supposedly only built a few bikes so they could easily keep them at the factory for a while. But you'd have to think they have some dealers lined up and nearly ready for them.
The replies they've been sending out to people asking about dealers say since they're a new company, they have to register as a manufacturer in each state, which takes varying amounts of time. Once that's done, then they can officially announce dealers in those states.
