2 weeks seems EXTREME. I Emailed my latest order at 5:48 pm on May 10th. I received an Email stating that my order had been received (and would be contacted when it's complete or if any questions arise) at 3:09 pm on May 11th. If you have had no response at all, I would resend your order making mention of when it was originally sent - before the weekend is up.
I wrote the first letter on 2 May. The second letter I wrote on 9 May. I was told that I did not care, and soon my order will be engaged.
It's been 13 days

22 days in anticipation. Can never count the cost of shipping in Russia.
I'm tired of waiting. I did not expect that there will be problems with spare parts.
I may need to buy a second bike - suddenly ordering spread over six months ...

I was personally involved in the calculation of shipping.
Find out what the problem is - UPS not send parcels to other countries over 100 cm in length. Just something long and thin, such as fishing rods. Not fairing. LAP is not guilty for this hitch.
I had to withdraw from the purchase fairing...
For other parts shipping is calculated without any problems.

I've already ordered the production of a full set of fairings in my city.

^ Very interesting. This was posted to Facebook today: Northern Classic, Custom and Race AB of Sweden will be providing parts,service for the European market. Hopefully that would make it less of a headache for you to acquire parts in the future.
The problem is that the Russian Federation does not apply to the European Union and with United States is bordered only by oceans. Perhaps the UPS does not send large things only in Russia. Perhaps this big box is not placed in the airplane. Perhaps the reason for economic sanctions against Russia.
If delivered spare parts by courier service, such shipping will be more expensive the cost of the spare parts. I'm not that rich man :)
