    Clutch discs

Where to buy and fit from 1125?
EBC and Barnett do not produce the springs and friction discs for this bike.

NCCR (Northern Classic Custom & race) they show them available on their website under EBR OEM parts/engine category.

    Thanx for info.
But 46,2$ from one friction disc - it's crazy!

I had the Aprilia Dorsoduro 1200, she has also worn clutch discs. I ordered OEM friction discs for $ 34 per one, plus 6 springs. When they came to me through 2,5 month (!), it turned out that it is exactly the same friction discs as in the Dorsoduro 750, only their 10, not 9, and they are three times more expensive and they are no deficit.
Had I known about it, would not have to wait so long and so dearly paid for.
Such are the features of the market of spare parts ...

If the clutch plates are the same as the 1125, Barnett makes a upgraded set of plates. I just don't know if the 1190 and 1125 clutch plates are the same design, but I would bet they are.

Today I sent a request in Barnett:
"Hello! Clutch kit 303-30-20125 (for Buell 1125) compatible for EBR 1190? How much will it cost shipping to Russia? Best regards. Zviadi"
    I received a reply:
"No, this clutch is not compatible with your model."

The 1125 and 1190 RX/SX use an identically designed clutch with similar plates.
    They use different rate springs.

The 1190 RS uses a Suter clutch.

I bet Barnett is saying that because they have not tested their plates on the 1190, I don't think they know if their kit will fit the 1190 or not, so they just say it will not fit to protect themselves. I run the Barnett clutch on my 1125 and they work very well. I guess you could order a stock set for the 1125 from Harley Davidson and use the 1190 springs.
