Sorry from my english, but I didn't understand your question. I have no problems with the clutch, except for rapid erasing. There are problems when find neutral.
At present I'm replaced two set of clutch (one stock and one barnett kit), both are erased to zero. Each is enough for about 6000 miles at my riding style.
Now I use third set of barnett kit, total mileage is 16000 miles.

Neutral are find easily only on the riding and with the engine off. Standing at the traffic lights it is difficult to find.
Five years ago I had Aprilia RSV1000R - she had the same problems. Maybe these are the features of Rotax engines and constructions based on them.
Maybe this is due to clutch basket wear...

In any case, I can't afford to replace clutch basket. I'll wait until the next clutch kit replacement and I'll decide.

Does the RX have a Judder or cushion spring? It’s and angled plate that goes inside of the first plate.

Yes, a little convex 1/2 plate in the back, and the basket springs.

This is such an amazing resource, I made a hard copy for the garage. Has torque specs too!
