One thing to do is blead the clutch lines again to ensure all air in the lines is removed. Don't forget there is a bleeder fitting located by the hand lever that needs to be blead also. Bleeding both fittings ensures the hydrolic fluid is not hindered with air bubbles and so the actuator piston can move through it's full range to disengage the plates.

Also, as the disks wear in and become thinner the clutch should disengage easier. It may just need to be ridden for a while to get those disks and plates bedded in flat.
