Highly recommend filling this out for everyone that owns an EBR and itemizing your claims. I.e. your lack of warranty, open warranty claims, diminished resale value, etc.

Also do not forgot to attach proof of claim, i.e. warranty work requests, purchase orders, warranty contract blah blah blah

I didnt think EBR had filed bankruptcy, they have file for protection under a state statute and are currently in a receivership. OR......has something changed that I am unaware of?

    Semantics, Brutus.

EBR filed for protection under Wisconsin 128 which is very similar to federal bankruptcy regulations but allows for easier reorganization and buyout options.

Perhaps that is why auction was delayed ... Had to wait until claim date passed ?
