Thanks oddball, I will be checking that out for sure. Its good to hear that there are some parts floating out there already Mike, and I have emailed AF1 to see if they are carrying any clusters. fingers crossed, I'm missing good riding time.

I saw your post about the oil leak, and it looks like you have the Racing Red VIN #17. But Pacific Coast Highway Powersports has a listing for VIN #17 and it is a Galactic Black. So... who has the wrong VIN???

There have been a couple posts that people said the vin numbers matched other bikes. What is with the vin numbers being the same?

Idk but I have #17 in racing red. Their had been a post a while back that the carb had not been cleared and some VIN's got delayed due to emissions regulations.

    Is yours a 49 state model (12th digit=3)?
EDIT: I guess a better question is, does your VIN match the one being sold by Pacific Coast Highway Powersports - 546AAAG2XEE000017 ?

I know for a fact that several very early RX owners communicated with the guys on the demo truck that they were a must. The design of the radiators really does gulp AND FLOW a lot of air. Back road bombing and track riding in close proximity to other 190 and up clad machines gets rubber and stones thrown their way pretty quick.

Classax, was that reply intended for another thread? Maybe this one?
