that hold the body work on to the frame. one below each hand grip....how the hell do you get those off?!

Videos in the memory stick manual shows the following method:
1. Pry up the center pin with a small flatblade screwdriver.
2. Once center pin is up sufficiently, take needlenose pliers to exposed section of pin.
3. Wiggle the pliers and pull up removing the whole assembly, outer part and all.

Installation (per video) is as follows:
1. Insert whole assembly until base (outer part) is fully seated.
2. Push the center pin in.
