I remember when we first saw the photos of the "Barracuda" (shortly after the Buell closer which made it beyond frustrating) one of the things I was most impressed by was the very light tail - key in keeping the mass-centralized. This sub-frame along with minimalized seat, lithium battery etc. helps keep that part sticking up in the air very light and that helps the key 'flickability'. I'd love to see a little more depth than this. Let's see the engineers who worked on it. Let's see some photos of the actual manufacturing of this part. This one little item probably filled many hours of many days for many people who worked on designing it and bringing it to production. And now there are probably still people who don't do much more than make this part every day. It would be interesting to get a taste of how much goes into a part like this to go from prototype to finished bike and beyond.

I like the display though I wish it had a nice bright LED shift light like my Mille.

The display is cool and it provides more information than a standard cluster while weighing less and taking up less space . . . But I have to admit I'd prefer two old-fashioned big, round white gauges.

But I am digging this Tech Tuesday thing big-time and looking forward to seeing more!

I cool addition to this thread might be, a Tech Tuesday from the riders that like to tinker. Give other insight into their own EBRs.

For those of you who are wondering about the exhaust. It's still under the bike! The resonator is what you are seeing and its there for a reason worth having.

"The wheels are not the same!" you say. That's because they do different jobs!
