    Battery. Dead. Dead. Dead.

What’s with my battery? Since the fall up here with temps in 30’s, I’m not riding every day. So after 2-3 days battery is dead. Thought it was battery, bought replacement. Same thing. Easy fix? Something more complicated? Common issue?

    Thanks in advance

The Lithium-Ion battery your bike has OE won't self-discharge enough to matter, so you MUST have a parasitic draw somewhere. Killing a battery in 2-3 is a pretty substantial draw! So finding it should be easy.

Take off one of the battery leads and connect your ammeter on the 10 amp setting. (don't forget to have the leads in the right spots on the meter). Anything more than 500mA is too much according to EBR. If your battery dies in 2-3 days your amp draw will begin the 3 amp range!

With the meter connected pull your fuses one at a time. when the meter drops close to zero, that is the circuit the draw is on. Thats where to start looking.
