I had it with the stock ECU and it read 1,2,3,4,4,5 on the gear indicator. So I bought a 44T and the secondary delete ECM for the 44T.

    SOLD, EBRRider needed it.
WTF? Didn't even get a chane to get it. lol No prob. That's for the offer. Yea EBRRider needed it lol.
How is the 44T? noticeable from the 43T? I do have the IDS ecm. Was waiting to break it in first, but was suggested not to worry.

Sorry , If you are going for the BL it has a 44th on it and its black, Here ia a black one and its made with steel good price. IMO I wouldnt wait for the break in to put a IDS tune on it ,the sooner the better ,its set up very lean now, a tune with richen it up and better timing the way it should be. https://www.amazon.com/JT-Sprockets-JTR486-44-Steel-Sprocket/dp/B000GS8PTE/ref=sr_1_2?s=lawn-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1543413946&sr=8-2&keywords=jt+sprocket+44+tooth

Sorry, it just sorta happened that way. But I thought you might want a black one for the Lightening look. Mine was silver. They have actually come down in price, they were $35-$45 couple years ago and now $20-$30. Both the 43T and 44T are better than the 41T (hated it in parking lots and around town) If I were to do it again, I might try the 46, but it would probably be a wheelie machine. My front end comes up easily with the 44T, but manageable.

I am going for the BL look minus it actually being black. Just installed the ecm yesterday which means now I need to make some tips up. Gonna drop the engine to remove the rear heat shield. Thinking I might as well add the 43T mainly as I don't want to have to swap out the chain yet. Bike doesn't even have 150 miles on it.

I am trying to decide if I should get the parts powder coated or anodized. Also not sure which one between those two will hold up on the heat shield.

I painted my 3 heat shields with high heat paint in 2015 and they still looks great, like it was just done.

I did the same. BBQ paint and a good mask job. Still looks great 7000 miles later:)

Need to figure how to change my title. Obviously since the bike is home. Some ADmin magic? Anyways, still tearing into the bike. Just for a heat shield.........

Da truth...During break-in, I noticed/smelled a leak. Drips on top the muffler where the header pipes connect. As of now I found a threaded plug that may be the cause.
Going to try to upload some visual stimuli...

1st. the oil. Right by the rear cylinder.
2nd. gunk in the cooling system
3rd Seems to be leaking from here. Might be an oil galley plug. Dont see it in the engine break down. Its seems to be seeping from the bottom and getting on the coolant hoses.
4th As she sits. Less then 150 miles. Maybe less then 130.
