Ok, I give up. How do I get the the center nut out from the cover? I have a shop manual video & it shows a special tool the holds that center rod while you remove the nut. How do I do this without the special tool?
Ok, I give up. How do I get the the center nut out from the cover? I have a shop manual video & it shows a special tool the holds that center rod while you remove the nut. How do I do this without the special tool?
Never mind! I tried & an Allen wrench would hold the shaft. I put a box wrench on the nut but it didn't hold the nut square. So I got out my handy dandy impact gun &, zip, it came off!! Hope someone else learns from this. Unless I'm the only stupid one!
