Well it wasn't that easy with the top clamp on the bike. But I took it off & my buddy did it with a drill press on his miller. Never get it done on the bike. Maybe in theory it will work.

you go with cordless drill for commercial construction. Inexpensive and does the job of any other impact. Solid build and power allows for easy use

I just had my SX apart (again) and there is the tamperproof T45 Torx bolt, and the break off one time use ones. A sharp chisel and a hammer were able to loosen them very easily. They weren't on very tight at all.
I'm sure a left hand drill bit would have worked very well too.
