    Steel rear sprocket

If anyone don't want to run the trash aluminium rear sprockets anymore just like myself (I went thru a vortex sprocket in one month) then the jt sprocket part # jtr1490.xx will work available in the sizes we run.. Its slightly bigger around the hub but the holes are the right size and the distance between them is also spot on. Or go on jt sprockets website and look at the bikes it fits if you want to run other brands. That swingarm is the reason I did my research, no matter how much I adjusted the chain the aluminum sprocket kept deforming every day eventually allowing chain to slap around

Interesting. I'm 4k miles on a vortex without issue, but would prefer a steel. Let me know how this holds up and if it mars your wheel hub at all.

What is the weight difference? It looks like putting a thin O-ring on that hub will locate the sprocket centered about perfect, and keep it there.

Ounces, I didn't bothered to weight it. I like your idea about an o ring. The inner circumference of the ebr sprockets are 117mm this sprocket comes in at 120mm but this was the closest I could find. I already have 1k miles on it and it works flawlessly it stayed centered after tightening down

Usually it's a chain issue if you're eating up aluminum sprockets so hopefully you upgraded the chain as well...

At 20k...k:) thats a lot of mileage for sprockets and chain with 185hp! They are a maintenance part as far as I'm concerned.
