    Valve timing

Has any body changed their valve timing ? on the 1190s , I understand it is set for emission to run clean.

Good question, I would imagine the power gain of the race ECM's is in part due to advancing the timing. Of course the other part is remapping the fuel system. They are tuned pretty mildly from the factory to meet emissions standards, a few cases of the header cracking from high temps caused by the very lean fuel mixture. Probably Dean would know more about this as he has done some tuning on the EBR.

I'd like to know as well... I assume the tolerances are pretty tight but maybe there are gains one way or the other...

It would be nice to get those specs without having to resort to mapping it yourself with a degree wheel and dial indicators. Try emailing tech@ebr.com and let us know what they say.
