Interesting find.
My old 1125CR required a valve adjustment at every scheduled interval.
My RX, same basic engine (yea, I know some things were "changed" when it came to the US). But after a single valve that required adjustment at about 6000 miles, now at 23+K miles, one valve was a little tight on the high side or loose on the low side (loose .012" or tight .013"), and all the rest were as they were at 6000 miles.
Clean the air filter (everything), and put it back together.
Everything else appears good.
Next valve check...next Christmas, about 19,000 (+/-) miles away.
