there is a screw towards the bottom of the triple tree that we put a small block in place to act as steering stop. We made an adjustable bracket for the right fork to install the ohlins damper in the stock damper mounting place. For some reason I can't upload Photobucket images anymore. Is the raised part of the seat to keep you from being right up on the tank?

Yes the raised part of the seat is to stop me sliding forward on braking and to close up that small gap between the seat and airbox cover. Comseat on smart road Modbury in South Australia recovered the seat for me.
Here's a few shots of mine. It's ready for the season! I have a new top yoke to fit so it's not obvious it's an Aprilia front end. Time to dial in the front suspension this upcoming weekend.
