Technically, no. I know a couple were stamped as 15's, they were SX models afaik. None were sold or shipped to dealers. I *believe* the new model year bikes were to have started being produced in July or w/e, but because of the shutdown occuring in April, it all kinda goes out the window.
In the online registry, they have 2015 SXs up to VIN 98, so I'm just surprised that out of 100 bikes they didn't make a single RX. Just a curiosity.
