4 qts with oil cooler drained.

Oil level checked with warming up then oil filler cap removed as per owners manual.

Is there a simple way to spin the motor without starting after completing an oil change?

Put it on a rear stand, put it in 6th gear and turn the tire by hand. This should rotate things, just not fast!
