EBR Back in Europe

Northern Classic, Custom & Race AB in Sweden have signet a deal with EBR, and will be the headquarter of EBR in Europe.

Some dealers had a contract with EBR before they asked for receivership. The question is if those "old" contracts still are legal, and that the new headquarter have to follow up those contracts made with the pre owner of EBR. EU law does normally not cancel any made contracts just because of new owner, and here EBR is still use the same brand/name, or more or less the same.
NCCR says they are looking for dealers in Europe, but I am afraid they also have to fulfill contracts already made from EBR with other dealers. And just like in Norway, one company had the right to be the only seller and support for 1/2 of Norway.
