Any 1190SX riders in North Carolina or southern VA

I'm thinking about purchasing an EBR 1190SX. I've never seen one in person. I'm hoping there may be someone near me that would let me look at their bike. I'm currently on an 09 Cherry Bomb XB9SX. I've been watching CL for a while here, nada. I'm not in any hurry on this. If anything, I probably over-research something before I buy. I live near Winston-Salem, NC. Traveling a couple of hours to be able to look at a bike would not be a problem for me. Thanks. Pic for encouragement.

Crazy how much these bikes change color in different light. Strike Yellow is the same way. In low light it looks almost barricade orange, and in high light pictures it looks like high voltage yellow lol

I know a former SX rider in eastern TN which would be fairly close; unfortunately he totaled his about a year ago.

There was an EBR dealer in Fayetteville, NC during the first iteration of EBR. There's bound to be one or two in the state.

How crazy would it be to just get one? :nut: I mean, you know what they look like and I can't imagine anything totally unlivable on the EBR, especially considering you've already drank the Buell-aid.

thinking about how inexpensive they are, the re-sale is within 5-10% so you aren't really risking much if you hate it, and I truly couldn't think of why you would?

Resale might be within 5 to 10 percent if you get it for $7500 or less. Market value to sell in a short amount of time seems to be ~$6500
