WTB a EBR 1190 Black Lightning

Does anyone know if there are any 1190 Black Lightning's available ? From what I have read about them they have a little higher handle bars ? And of course all black. Is it really just a blacked out SX ? Several searches have not turned up any Black Lightnings,,, was hoping someone may "know a guy".
If I can't find one I guess I will find a good SX and black it out. There seem to be a few older 14 - 17 SX's with hardley any miles on them, and advertised as new.

I think only one was made. A SX is your best bet. like mine .

Exactly. Only one or maybe 2 made for display. Sexy bike ^^^

There weren't many mods. A little lower, lower foot pegs, color changes are easy... thinks like that. Just make one!

No , but I will help you create the same SX for your self. Just start by buying a SX and we will get you there. I call it a Black Max.

Only one SX but have most all air box cover colors, When I get bored I swap covers. :burnout:

There are really not enough differences in the 2014-2017 to bother looking for a later one, especially if your swapping parts anyway. I have 2014 #24 and have had ZERO of the 'early issues'. Got the Dash and ECM updated for $40 and run the crap out of her:)

Here is what I have! Funny enough, that black one is one of those I saw on the Buellxb.com forum which made me very into that bike!

Ok thats the El Segundo , bike . I would start with a exhaust cuz you have to order it , 4 to 6 wk. If you like the one I am using http://www.aph-performance-engineering.com/ and a tune . Alan H is a great guy.

Indeed! For the exhaust, I kinda want to keep the one I have for now because of noise level! I want to keep the lower fairing also because I find it super cool looking, although I would need the black one.

I got the T-rex sliders. 3D printed, and really thick!.
I think GB racing is the only other company besides the occasional home-brew CF cover (I don't think CF is strong enough), and IIRC Woodcraft had a slick cover that replaced the whole OE one and had replaceable buttons?

Either way, I like how you're shopping for parts before you even have the bike! LOL

I think he's just reading my quote wrong and thinks I said there's 'no differences'. There are differences, they are just so minor it's not worth shopping for a specific year. IMO.

The starter o-ring (very early 2014) has been an issue for a few people (not me), and its just an o-ring change...
The 2 piece tail plastic (2014) was replaced with a one piece unit.
The 'shifter feature' was turned on in 2016, but also comes when you update your Dash and ECM through EBR.

BS like that stuff... Like I said, not worth shopping for a specific year. You do get bragging rights though! If its worth paying $18,594.34 for a 2019 title for the same bike my 2014 is...
