Traction Control activation
I have an NOS 2014 RX, picked it up last year and just got it broken in before winter storage. I ran into issues last year, typically pulling out of intersections, traffic lights where the engine would cough and splutter and barely produce enough power to move itself. The TC-10 icon started flashing when the engine roughness happened. We're talking 1/4 throttle easing out of intersections, obeying the break-in rules, speed limit rules (mostly) nothing aggressive. I backed the TC off to 3 eventually, and it improved it, but it still happened regularly.
First 2019 ride today, TC-3 and the same thing, but worse than I remember it being. It's at its worst during the first 5-10 minutes of the ride, and then backs off to almost occasional. No aggressive riding, no handfuls of throttle, speed readings appear normal. The simplest solution is to disable the TC, but I'm curious as to why it's so intrusive - has anyone else experienced this ?
