2 sold through Action Powersports already, along with one or two 2014's. Dreyer's sold at least one, possibly more.

650ib from youtube just bought a Gray 2016 - All five of the Red, White and Blue bikes have been accounted for (I believe 1 went to Barber). Add in the 3 bikes Dean mentioned above and that puts you around 9?

As a former dealer I am sure you could contact EBR directly - any word on you guys picking up the line again? I know you were burned pretty badly from 2015.

Greetings. There is indeed atleast one 2016 RX on the road. I picked up bike#003 at Freeway Powersports in El Paso, TX on April 21st, Sidewinder Silver. I was more than likely the first person in the midwest with one. Enjoying every moment with her!

It's only 179+ at the wheel, he's aware of it, although EBR installed something else. I would assume it's the hmf kit as that's what they have on hand. I doubt they want mine since it's too loud. Pretty sure mine makes more power than the hmf though, based on dyno runs from the same dyno on different bikes, possibly as much as 8-10 hp more depending on which bike and run to use. I know of one that made 168 with the hmf at the wheel, mine made 175 for sure on that same dyno.

I'll be placing an order hopefully very soon Dean. I've done quite a bit of research and am honestly in deep debate over the two. HMF is nice but not as aggressive. To wake or not wake the neighborhood at 430am when I leave tis the question.

Yeah I just say 200 because I'm sure it hits that at the crank and that's what manufacturers use. 200 is a nice number that gets people's attention, especially in the context of bike horsepower, and crank horsepower is widely used by respectable people to look that much better.

People need to realize that loud is good. It's good people know you're there and that can save your life. Not obnoxious clacking straight pipe loud, but a nice race muffler to take the edge off the thunder.

The rear mounted can looks good but it's beginning to look dated to me. Why have the extra weight and area? Under the bike is the place to be. It looks so much better. Much more modern and timeless. It cleans up the look tremendously. Nothing but sexy skinny curves, like leopards or fit women. Less is more - that thinking is everywhere on these bikes, inside and out. Why not include the exhaust?

When I tell people what power something of mine's making, I usually say both wheel and crank. Just makes it more interesting. Wheel is what counts of course and the one to use in measuring aftermarket performance.

Thanks! Great video and great review of the 2k16 (aka the torque monster) - I was surprised when a7ex complained about the old clutch, it is definitely a bit difficult, but on a good day I cannot lift more than 80 pounds and I do just fine on my 2k14. Too bad about Harley. If you ask me they are going to start losing more and more market share to Guzzi and Triumph. Still cannot figure out why they bought MV when the 1190 was just around the corner. Seems like they are slowly moving back into the AMF years of putting profit before riders until there is no profit left.

Cool video. Thanks for making it; we needed more reviews like this to help promote the brand.

Thanks gents. I'm outta town for a few days, I'll do a follow-up when I get back on anything you have Q's on and my 1k mile impressions. Hopefully soon I have a nice blog rig setup to take her for a spin. Definetly a huge supporter of Erik Buell.. "Jenna" gets lots of exposure at bike nights. Since she's the only one in the city, I do get quite a few of "what in the hell is that?" I have been promoting the brand like nobody's buisness and have several people on deck. Glad to be a part of the movement, it's not if, it's when.

Hey, I'm unaware of Dean's kit! Please advise. The nice folks at EBR fitted my bike with a HMF full exhaust system and ECM tuned for it with the quick shift enabled. I'm waiting on the shift sensor from EBR. This bike has the smoothest throttle response of all my bikes and I LOVE IT!

I'm interested in your system. I like loud bikes and more power! Please PM me, I sent you a FB message earlier today.

no, Have been invited several times. One of the members from the other forum (buellxb.com) rides with them once or twice a year. In progress of some mods to my 1125 right now. Maybe later this summer we can hook up and go for a ride.
