LAP's buy it now price of $160k is 10% of their winning bid for the company. If they can get anywhere near that asking price and keep up that pace on selling miscellaneous un-needed equipment and the like they will be in the black on the purchase of EBR in no time. Because they were a liquidation company first and foremost before getting into superbike manufacturing, them getting in the black is key to them keeping the EBR brand whole to continue to build and sell new model bikes and parts.
