If you would, please share the exhaust and tune that was done. Those are some good numbers. Is that maxed out for power do you think?

Has the twin header pipes from 1125R and the short exhaust as used in the WSBK bikes. Used the IDS ecm (fully programable) and custom tune on the dyno. Had a road ride on it without fairings and super smooth , power everywhere.

Do those 1125R twin header pipes breathe better than the stock 1190 pipes?

Funny you ask . My tuner insisted that money is better spent on a good ecu and tune job to get better power . Note "better". Guess they help a bit, sound awesome !

That's good to hear. I bought a set of the 1125r headers to play around with when the welds break on my stock headers.

Fair job to change out, need about 6-7 hours. Motor needs to be dropped down lower enough to access header flange bolts. To do this throttle bodies , air box etc has to come out.

Swapping them out is not a direct replacement deal.

From a FB post. "Brandon Beals I have the RS system on my bike. Does not bolt on. Modifications need to be made to the engine cases. If you are running an open loop FI map. Fairing and wiring harness modifications need to be made as well."

That said, I don't think the dual downpipe exhaust makes more power than the stock oval setup, even with the crap weld job on them. They're sugared up pretty good on the inside, that CAN'T be good for flow. Even so, I know mine makes plenty of power everywhere and I'd bet it's more than the 1125 race exhaust does. It may not be pretty, but it is effective.

I think my map is about as good as i'm going to get, without head and cam work. Those numbers will be plenty for me. Dean, dont think mine are 1125 pipes as fit was easy once I had access to the rear port flange bolts , plenty of clearance . Wondering when I'll get a chance to test, our track has been closed for modifications now for 3 months (middle of summer)?

It would be awesome if you could post some pictures of your headers and exhaust before you put the fairings back on.
