Hello, Ed!
Do I understand - all, that is in this list, are in stock?
Is there any hope that after the purchasing company EBR to the liquidator, we can buy spare parts?

It's probably complicated, but we should see some spare parts being freed up. Liquid Assets now owns all the parts that were owned by EBR (we heard reports that there were parts at the EBR facility to make several hundred bikes) and LA can do with them what they please (unlike yesterday when nobody could touch them until the sale was finalized). I would expect LA to hold onto those parts for a while as they see where things are going. If somebody is interested in and has the resources to re-start the company largely unchanged, that will be good for us long-term, but it might also mean they'd want those parts to make bikes rather than sell to us.

If nobody is interested in restarting using the same exact design, LA will want to sell off those parts and will likely sell them to someone like Parts Unlimited who would then sell them to us.

My concern is that if nobody is interested in picking up directly where EBR left off, there will be a very finite supply of parts and probably more of things we don't need and fewer of things we do need. Since the suppliers still exist, they could make additional parts and/or someone else could jump in to make parts that would be compatible. The problem is, we represent such a small market we aren't going to get a lot of attention from potential vendors.

I guess that's a very long, convoluted way of saying: "It's anybody's guess", but hopefully we'll start to see where this is going soon and what direction is likely.

If I remember correctly, after the Buell shut-down, Erik bought up a bunch of parts to support racers and that's how EBR got started. He could do something similar now and keep a small support business going until more money comes into the picture in some form.

Yes, it was ...
In any case, at the moment I all their problems with spare parts decided. I can wait.
