Great photos! Great bike!

Are there any details on their World Superbike Effort? Do we know who the riders will be?

And I'm guessing they're keeping the focus on the 1190RX, but I'm curious if they're offering any hints regarding future models.

just said "we are going world sbk racing in 2014"

nothing about future models. All the focus is on this RX launch

Stunning bike. Looks like the long can is essential after all. I always wondered what that tapped hole was in the EBR triple tree clamp that I have was for. Now I know!

I officially like this bike. Saving my money now.

Ted- thanks so much for posting all the photos and info. TRULY amazing.

BTW- I just saw on Geoff May's Facebook page this question and answer:

Scott- Are you going to be one of the WSBK riders? I heard there was an announcement of the WSBK in 2014 today as well.

Geoff- Yes, of course

Sweet!!!

Sweet!!!:thumb: Hopefully RS Racecraft and Cory West will continue in the AMA for a presence there. Will Aaaron Yates go to WSBK with Geoff? He's a great rider but never seemed to really click with the bike (at least so far). Will Cory go to WSBK? Ideally, I think I'd like to see Cory and AAron stay in AMA with RS Racecraft with a young, talented rider joining Geoff in WSBK.

Ted, any word on a clear announcement of a dealer network? It seems like there are many dealers already onboard, but they haven't made them easy to find. It seems like they need a clear and unambiguous route on their website for people to find their closest dealer to submit a deposit. It seems like they're losing some of the value of all this buzz by not making it as simple as possible for people.

^ Good question. My guess is EBR reps in Orlando are currently working their butts off to recruit more dealers since the first ~2.5 days of the show are for dealers only. They're probably holding off posting the listing for at least a few days until they see how this plays out. I'd also guess there are some prospective dealers that have been holding off on signing with EBR until they actually see what the bike looks like and what the public reaction to it is. If that was the holdup, I can't imagine there are still any fence-sitters after yesterday.

BTW- The number 6 repeatedly hinted at on Badweb was confirmed to be the number of 1190RX's that were assembled for the AIMExpo.

Ted,
Have you had a chance to ride one yet?

Any info on accessories or maintenance schedules?

official dealer list should be posted very soon....they were waiting until we actually placed orders for the bikes so they know who really is on board as a dealer.

Its now time for would-be dealers to put up or shut up.

We placed our initial order. We decided on a red demo, and selling stock of all the colors.

Have not ridden one yet.

I do know the engine does not have to be rotated for valve adjusts like the 1125, they made it so the rear valve cover can come off easier. Pretty sure maintance intervals are the same as the 1125 was.

Galatic Black for me please!
I don't think the Red will sell as well, (looks very MVish in red) but it will be the most durable color. The Yellow makes the lines of the bike POP. Are you guys ordering the min of 6 or do you have more deposits down already than that?

Are there any plans in the works to do a special promo delivery day for those of us who have put down depsoits with you guys? I plan to make a couple days of it.

The engine rotation was a function of the pods and cooling system in the 1125r. In race trim with ram-air bodywork, the motor doesn't need to be rotated, either. One simply removes the k-backet fastener to the tank/chassis, and it then rotates up or easily just lifts off. You can leave water in the bike during the service.
