I wonder what's going on there. I tried to click on parts but that link is not working yet. But something must have happened for the site to be opened again. Anyone have any news?

It's not up now. Perhaps they're preparing to at least re-open the store?

The "receiver" (Attorney Michael Polsky) has the authority to operate EBR while it's in receivership. He's supposed to maximize the value of EBR so that ideally the company could be sold intact. If they've got parts lying around that could be sold, re-starting that business would (a) make the company more viable and (b) generate revenue to help pay EBR's creditors. Fingers crossed.

I hate make any leaps based on what could be a technical glitch, but you're right - if the goal is to maximize value of the assets, getting parts availability up and running to service existing customers could not only be a source of revenue, but it could also ensure potential buyers of bikes on showroom floors that parts will be available. That would seem a priority in maintaining and maximizing value of assets.

Maybe I'm hitting an old Link but when I search Eric Buell Racing and click on it it takes me right to the garage.
The normal Ebr store that has parts for our bikes and the older Buells. Some of the links work, like you can click on motorcycles and it will take you to that page with the RX, the ,SX and the RS. Am I the only one seeing this?

Yea, I don't get the front page either, but some of the other pages will work, for instance: https://www.erikbuellracing.com/motorcycles/1190SX -2/ (https://www.erikbuellracing.com/motorcycles/1190SX-2/)

Will work, as will the RX and RS pages. I downloaded ALL the wallpaper while I was there.

That's the same thing I'm seeing too. Some of the links work, but not any of the parts links. But as far as I know none of that came up until last night. Because when I would search for the online store it would just come up blank. At least now there's some activity. Or has that been that way?

I just took a screen shot and tried to attach it. I hope it worked.

Weird- it's working for me on an iMac. Hmm, a space shows in the link that shouldn't be there in my post above. Try this one: https://www.erikbuellracing.com/motorcycles/1190SX-2/

There are links that still work, dealers list and info pages on the models with pics and manuals as you've demonstrated.

Hi web developer here, and new RX owner. It seems they have not properly took the site down if you notice every page that "works" is through the secure server using https instead of http. although many pictures don't show due to the fact they are trying to be accessed to display by using the non secure http method. I have been frequenting the site using the https to see if any changes have been made.

Yeah, this makes sense. It seems like if they had intentionally brought the site back to sell parts, they would have something on the main page explaining what they're doing. Old, lingering, residual pages probably don't mean anything.

I was able to view these pages add items to my cart and view my previous orders. All i did was add https:// in front of every link after the screen went blank and resubmit

I'm pretty sure it's just a quirk by poor web administration. I'm worried if we continue to try purchases through the https method they may catch on to the fact that the website can still be viewed, so I do my best not to cause too much activity on the website, so that it will stay up and I can get an early heads up if anything is changed.

I think that if it were actually up and running they wouldn't be making a secret of it. You can try asking on EBR's Facebook page just to see if you get a response, but I suspect you just won't get an answer.

Hopefully we'll get some real information relatively soon. Things will probably be tied up in the courts for a while, but if there are at least some interested bidders, I would think the receiver could comment on that and almost has a duty to comment on that since knowing somebody might be interested in keeping things going would help to maintain the value of the assets.
