rear axle chain adjuster

The bolt for the right side rear axle adjuster came out. I readjusted the chain, and was able to get home. Is there an aftermarket set that I can use to replace it with? The set from EBR is not in stock, and runs $300. I've been thinking about replacing them anyway, and now I have the perfect excuse.

Pull out the other one and take it to a hardware store to match it up?
