Sometimes they will pop off with a tap with a rubber hammer other times you need a puller.

But it should just slide off right? No clamps to pinch, pins to pull? Only that middle bolt?

Correct. The bolt holds the outside cup in place. There are 3 rubber dampers sandwiched in between that and the inner hub. All three will come off relatively easy, the center is a splined shaft.

Awesome. I'll go find a puller then and yank the puppy off. This is the last thing I have to do following that disaster with my chain and the swingarm. It will be nice to have the girl back up and running soon!

So I beat on it, pulled on it, wiggled it, and prayed to the motorcycle gods about it, and that damn hub would still not come off. I might have to try some heat today for some expansion. Outside of that, I am at a loss of ideas. Weld some chains to it and yank it by the hitch of the truck?

No heat. The dampers are rubber, they'll melt.

Finally got it off! Took a modified steering wheel puller and some tough love. Glad to have that thing off and the front sprocket replaced though. Rode her last night (despite it being ~35 degrees outside) and she was strong as ever! Thanks for all the help guys. I can always trust ya'll.

Got pics of the old sprocket? It's hard to tell from the top pic how the teeth look.

There is this one as well. You can see how the teeth look like shark fins.

The front didn't look too bad to me in the pics, but DANG that rear is shot!
