I just saw on FBook that BuellTooth is making Quick shifters,

These are not on the site yet but they can be ordered by sending an email to info@buelltooth.com until then. Price is $300 + $7 Priority mail in USA. International postage is TBD. Available in standard or reverse shift pattern. Orders placed now will mail out the middle of next week.

Yes & Yes ,I am running a race ECM with Deans program on it which supports it, But I did want the updated dash so I sent mine in, and I just got mine back, it took them 1 day and the sent it back fast turn around time.

The dash update won't matter either way, but if you have a 2014 or 2015 bike the ECM needs to be updated by EBR (and yes they are still doing it as of 10/17).
The 2017's and I believe the 2016's all have the ECM enabled for plug 'n play quick shifter.
