I found this bolt when I took the bellypan off near the kick stand.1576
Where does it go, I can't seem to find its home.

Been riding and nothing seems to have fallen off yet. Took another look around and still can't figure out where this bolt goes.

Maybe it is a extra bolt from assembly ?? hope so .

It looks like a clutch lever pivot bolt from like a dirt bike or older Japanese bike to me. I've not seen anything like that on EBR's.

Does it show signs of ever being installed , shiny side of the threads , haow bout the head allen ? Philips, Torq head ?

There was a washer also.
It does look like there some wearing on that would come from being pivot bolt.
It's a has a 5/32 allen key head on it.

If I didn't find it in the belly pan I would have though it came from something else.

Yea , with 5 wear points , it has been used , but for what , if it was in your belly pan it was dropped from above and worked its way down. Have you checked with EBR yet?

This looks like a job for Dean Adams...he's a savant when it comes to recognizing bolts that have fallen off Buells/EBRs

Haha! You're so right about Dean...

I'm "that guy" who will toss an extra bolt in a pile, when a buddy is re-building something. But I swear I've never been in your garage!

Im still a jerk though, hahah

If I were to guess, this might be it. Behind the sprocket cover. It's not a 5/32 bolt though, so that makes me think it's from something else entirely.

Front tire picked it up and flung into your belly pan?
