Header Carnage

2014 EBR 1190RX, 10k miles.

This is the second header put on the bike; first was replaced under warranty at around 3500 miles because it blew out the seam weld on the side. Bike was completely stock then.

This quality of pipe is completely unacceptable on a machine that MSRP for $19,999.99.

noone1569 I agree with you, the headers are garbage. Im just waiting for mine to give out. On a more positive note, you can get front and rear Inconel headers from APH. I emailed Alan at APH inquiring about a full Inconel system for the RX, I was told one was in the works but a ways out. He did offer to put together some Inconel headers if I wanted. I chose to wait it out to get a full system.

Yeah I've chatted with Alan a bit about it. Might be the route I go when the replacement gives up the ghost.
