I know I can change the handlebar but does anyone make risers that will work on our angled bar clamps? I don't need much. Maybe an inch rise.

when you find a set of risers that fit let me know where you get them please.

I sure will. I noticed that the way the clamp bolts are at an angle is similar to what the new Ducati 1200 Monster looks like in photos so I guess it will only be a matter of time, maybe!

I doubt that you will find actual risers that would take the place of the cast risers, but check out what LSL has to offer. They are a great bar with plenty of options in the x-bar 1 1/8" × 7/8" superbike line. Spiegler USA is their distributor and ships fast.

I use these on my dual sport bike - they might do the trick if the 'peg' that gets clamped into the current clamp is long enough

These might do it

These guys make bar risers to fit Buells, which have a similar handlebar arrangement. It might be worth giving them a call:

I've never seen this type of riser extension, but they would defiantly work with the stock bars and clamps.

Hughlysses. Boom! that's what I am looking for. 1" rise & it may fit the 1190SX mounts. That's all I need. A little pricey but how can you put a price on back pain! Thanks, I knew you guys would come through.

Can you tell me what product you used and if it works on the SX?

Sure. I'm waiting for a return call from a guy named Phil who designed them.

Did they ever call you back? I am interested

I never used the set-up from Precision Engendering. They want measurements from the spacing of the bolts to see if it matches up. I ended using two top bar clamps. One flipped upside down. It gave me a 3/4" rise for only about $50. Someone from the forum gave me the hint.

where did you buy it from and did you need longer bolts?
