(Not sure if these hooks are on the RS or 1125 bikes - anyone who knows can feel free to chime in and I'll update)

For the 1190RX/SX, remove the passenger seat...

We will be using this hook. There is one on each side, so you can secure up to two helmets at a time...

Hook the D ring from your helmet on the hook, hanging the helmet over the side. Be sure to place the chin strap padding between the rings and the bike to prevent scratches...

Replace the seat...

And that's it. You can walk away from the bike and not have to worry about your helmet. Enjoy!

I actually took the strap off for ease of taking the seat off to hand the helmet. The only issue is that I can't wear my Schuberth helmet and be able to lock it up because it doesn't have the d-rings.

No D rings, no big problem. Aerostich has a short cable (http://www.aerostich.com/clothing/helmets/helmet-locks-and-storage/helmetlok-cable.html) with loops at each end made just for this. Pass the cable around the chin bar, put one loop through the other and lock it onto the seat hook.

I normally just wear a different helmet when i ride the 1125 or 1190, no big deal
