Different color Showa fork caps? (Pics inside)

Does anyone else have blue fork caps? I only see them on pics of the display bikes EBR used at shows. All the pics of regular production bikes have black caps. Is the difference just cosmetic?

I saw an 1190rx at a dealer in jacksonville, Fl with blue caps and black vortex clip ons from the factory. I was jealous.

I think yours has the vortex clip ons like mine; be weary of that brake fluid reservoir mount as they break easily. Replaced mine after the 3rd time with something substantial.

Thanks. I'll be making a list of parts to watch out for (like the wear on the side panel). I'll add the reservoir mount to that list.

I'm in Jax, and there is only one EBR left at the dealer - it has black caps. The other red RX went down south (Tampa area) and the yellow one went north (I think MI?).

My front brake reservoir bracket snapped on my "14RX around 4,200 mi.

Mine has the vortex clip ons...

Im guessing they didnt release many with those?

The early 2014 models had them, but I'm not sure how many - 30? 40?
