    Reduced Effort Clutch Kit installed

Install was much easier than I thought. I snapped a few pictures during the install. I put the bike up on some pieces of wood to increase the kick stand lean .. not a drop of oil dripped out when I removed the cover.

Clutch effort is definitely decreased and is now equivalent in feel to my Sportster and Monster. I would say that Shorty Levers may even be OK to use now.

The hardest part of install was getting the original piston cylinder out of the cover. It was jammed in there good. The replacement cylinder went in pretty easy. The retaining ring was a pain too .. make sure you have a nice heavy duty retaining Ring tool since its pretty beefy.

I didn't take any pics of the piston assembly ... just a bunch of O-rings to put on .. In the Springs Pic ... Green are the new springs. Yellow are factory.
