I'm super interested on what he needs to machine on the Öhlins cartridge to make fit. A little lathe work at the bottom by the bolt is all I can imagine?
I'm excited for ya. It should be a good upgrade from the already very nice OEM forks.

EBR you are so helpful lol. I am rebuilding my xb forks this week. Then I have to put a starter and battery in my wife’s 1975 xs650 so she can get back on the road. Then fab up my tidy, I have some work this week sounds fun:bannana:
Great pics! So SeeeeXy:burnout:
The tail tidy is one of my favorite mods. The rear of the EBR is such a perfect shape:smoke: FYI, if you make your own (easy) get the best LED strips you can, my cheap ones would work, then overheat and shut off 1/2 way through a ride (no one told me for weeks!):headbang:.
just ordered 4 of them. I think they are coming from ChinaKoreaStan so it will take six blood moons and three high tides to get here :)
i will I’ll be making the backer out of aluminum and block off plate. Something fun for the water jets to work on for two minutes at work.
